VPS support is mainly provided through the ticket system (https://www.whbsupport.com/), since livechat offers sales/first level technical support only. However. there are cases when it’s more preferable to contact live support in the first place.

Below you can find a detailed description of what is recommended to do in different kinds of situations.

Live Support Queries

My VPS is down

This means that you can neither get to WHM nor access it through server IP in any other way.

This does NOT include a situation, when one of web sites hosted on VPS is unavailable.

Information required:

  • Server IP
  • URL you are trying to access
  • Error message you get

E-mail Problems

You cannot send or receive emails, get bounce back messages, cannot access webmail, etc.

The Information required:

  • Webmail or e-mail client?
  • Send or receive? (or both)
  • E-mail client settings (incoming, outgoing server names, ports)
  • Error message you get
  • Bounce back email in case there are any

A Quick question

Any kind of a quick question that doesn’t involve thorough VPS examination or any other kind of technical department assistance.
