Main features of Reseller plans

Full reseller account transfer

Just fill in the account transfer form that you can find in your welcome email and we’ll do the rest.

[alert]We do cPanel to cPanel transfers only and full cPanel backups only. No partial transfers, and addon domain to a separate cPanel account transfers.[/alert]

Nameservers of choice

  • Anonymous Nameservers

These can be found in a welcome e-mail.

  • Private Nameservers

Look like ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com. Available free of charge on all plans except Reseller Basic ($20 one-time fee).

To order private nameservers please submit a ticket to the billing department at http://whbsupport.com

We use cPanel as control panel with WHM for server management on all our shared servers. Together, they reduce overhead by simplifying complex tasks and allowing customers to manage their own accounts.

WHM management

Web Host Manager is the administrator backend / Reseller center area. This is where you add, modify and delete any hosting accounts under your Reseller plan.

Before creating a new account you need to add a hosting plan package first. You need a package to set account quotas (disk space, bandwidth, etc.).

Create a package

WHM > Packages > Add a package
  • Assign the package a name in the New Package Name field
  • Fill out the required information
  • Click Add

Feature list

WHM > Packages > Feature  Manager

Here you can edit features available in cPanel accounts that the Feature List is assigned to.

Create an account

WHM > Accounts functions > Create a new account
  • Fill out the required information
  • click Create

WHMCS license

WHMCS is a multifunction billing system, specially designed for hosting services.

It enables you to automatize most important processes, such as suspension, termination and invoice generation.

Moreover:

  • order and billing profiles are created automatically
  • accounts could be either automatically created or created manually after verification
  • domain registration module (enables one to register domains without logging in to a domain control panel) and many more that can be found at http://whmcs.com

It is free with Reseller Gold and Platinum. It is also available with Reseller Basic and Silver for $8.50/month.

There is also a coupon code in your welcome email, which allows registering domains .org, .net, .biz, .com and .us with a discount at http://namecheap.com
