  • Nameservers of choice:
    ANONYMOUS NAME SERVERS
    These can be found in a welcome e-mail.

    PRIVATE NAMESERVERS
    Look like ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com.
    Available free of charge on all plans except Reseller basic ($20 one-time fee).

We use cPanel as control panel with WHM for server management on all our shared servers. Together, they

reduce overhead by simplifying complex tasks and allowing customers to manage their own accounts.


WHM management

Web Host Manager is the administrator backend / reseller center area. This is where you add, modify and delete

any hosting accounts under your reseller plan.

Before you'll be able to create a new account, you need to create a package first. By means of it you can set account quotas (disk space, bandwidth, etc)

CREATE A PACKAGE
WHM > Packages > Add a package

  1. Assign the package a name in the New Package Name field
  2. Fill out the required information
  3. Click Add.

cPanel account management

cPanel provides an intuitive interface to help website owners manage their sites.



ADD AN ADDON DOMAIN

Domains > Addon Domains


  1. Put desired domain name and FTP account password
  2. click Add Domain

CREATE AN E-MAIL ACCOUNT

Mail > E-mail accounts

  1. Add an e-mail address
  2. Fill out the required information
  3. click Create account

You can use your default FTP to access access to all directories of your account (login and password same as cPanel account ones.) But if you want to connect to a particular directory only or grant someone an access to a particular directory only, you can create an additional FTP account.

Support

Phone support and live support are for sales/pre-sales, simple technical questions, often referred to as “level 1”support.

Helpdesk is the place for more difficult questions or problems and is serviced 24x7 by customer service staff andtechnical support.

Billing department works 8am - 00am GMT+3 Monday to Friday and 8am - 16pm GMT+3 at week-ends.
Billing issues can be addressed any time but please consider the timeframe specified when waiting for a response.
