I have just purchased an account with you. When will it be activated?

It will take nearly 6-12 hours to activate it. All account login details such as your control panel login information, DNS info et cetera will be sent in your welcome email.
But, please, note that notifications from 2CO come right after the transaction has been processed successfully.

I would like to renew my hosting account. How can I do this?
|

You can renew your account by visiting the Billing Dashboard and logging in with the email address and password you signed up with. If you do not have an account for this site, you are most likely in an older billing system, and need to contact billing support at WHB Support for further assistance. If you need your password reset, contact billing support as well.

Why was my Webhostingbuzz order canceled?

WebHostingBuzz uses 2checkout.com as payment processor. 2checkout.com has their own verification process based on your IP address, and the physical location believed to be associated with that IP address, in relation to your billing address. In case you are trying to access WebHostingBuzz.com from a proxy or ToR network, your order will be canceled by 2checkout.com automatically. WebHostingBuzz performes further verification on some accounts using the same process, and additional checks including phone verifications.

My hosting account was suspended. What should I do?

Actually there are two reasons for suspension:
- For a billing issue. If you are late paying your bill, then we'll suspend your account until you bring payment up to date. Login to the client order area and make sure there are no outstanding invoices.
- For AUP violation. Your account will be definitely suspended for spamming, hacking, port scanning, adult or offensive content and resource abuse. You will receive the suspend notification on your contact email address if you violate the policy of our company.
If your account is suspended more than 3 times for any of the above reasons, unfortunately we will ask you to move your account to more resource intensive servers (as dedicated ones) or to find a new hosting company. For serious offences (warez/mp3s/child pornography), your account will be terminated without notice and your contact details may be passed to the relevant authorities. We have a zero tolerance policy towards this.
