Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees associated with our service. This is not the type of service we like to provide.

  • If you cancel your hosting account, you will be charged $15/year for domain transfer;
  • If you close your account within the money back period, we refund the money minus our processing fee.


What is 2checkout.com?

2CO is our official payment processor. All clients are charged by 2co on our behalf. Charge for all transactions done at WebHostingBuzz.com will appear on your CREDIT CARD STATEMENT under the name of 2CHECKOUT.COM, 2CO.COM Ohio, USA.


What is 2 checkout order number?

It’s your transaction ID (if the transaction passed successfully you would receive confirmation email from 2 checkout, our payment processor, with your 2 checkout number.)


How can I pay for your services?

  • we can take major international credit and debit cards;
  • Paypal is also available now;
  • MasterCard, American Express etc are also accepted + Bill me later system, available for US users only;
  • eChecks and FxSource.


Do you store Credit Card details?

No we do not. We use 2checkout.com for credit card payments so we do not store any such details other than the domain name information. You are secure with 2checkout as they are one of the biggest online payment companies in the world.


Where can I update my CC information?

  • If your current credit card is going to expire or you have canceled your credit card for some reasons, it will be necessary for you to wait for notification from 2checkout.com informing you that your credit card is failing to bill.

Once you receive it, a link will be included. All you need to do is to click on the link to update your credit card information.

  • If you are requesting to update your credit card information to a different card, it will be necessary for you to contact 2checkout.com directly at 1-877-294-0273, so that they may obtain further information from you.


Where can I pay my invoice?

It is very simple to do. All you need is to login to your Client order area

The next step is to click on “View invoices” button, click on “Pay” button under the invoice which is currently due and then on “PAY” again. After that you will be redirected to 2checkout secure page.

Note: you will get a billing reminder from our billing processor 2checkout 5 days prior to the renewal date.
