I should have just give the 2 domains first and started there. I would have saved Alan from some frustration. when I used the term old server I just meant the server the old domain was at. I have always been a WHB customer. The Caoffroaders.com I bought the 5 year plan and that is what just lapsed. I renewed it when it expired since I was not ready and did not have time to deal with this cross over. I think I may have gone about it wrong now. But seems there is a resolution.
I understand this a little better now. So My assumption is to send a billing trouble ticket to Close the caoffroaders account and remove it. Once closed follow your instruction at goodtimesoffroading cpanel and and add caoffroaders as a parked domain. Now when caoffroaders is requested it will just open up at my goodtimes offroading site. So nothing else needs to be done thru namecheap since it is already pointed to WHB? Will there be a propigation period when caoffroaders is parked at goodtmesoffroading? As long as I keep registering the domain caoffroaders it will be parked and work? Last so did you even like my site? LOL Over 80 videos of our adventures... Good times Man good times! Alan thanks for all your help sorry for frustrating you I tend to do that to most everyone but am a pretty good guy for the most part. Heck I have been doing these sites for my buddies for over 6 years... Thank Max for putting it all together! I know Alan was taking me down the same road but I was not helping the situation... Chris

No propagation delay, because you have not moved anything: both domains are already here. |

Hi Chris,
You've understood it right. As the domain is already pointed to our DNS cluster, there's no need to edit anything with NameCheap or wait a propagation period. It will work Ok right after parking till expiration. The site is nice

Actually it's not really "you guys" as a collective. Maxim is WHB staff, but I am not. I'm a client, like you. I just happen to have long experience at creating web sites, configuring cPanel, troubleshooting DNS, etc.
You're welcome. Once you see the Park or Redirect working, it will be like magic.

That's correct. It is better to use relative URLs rather than absolute URLs.
