those article/video mostly having some PR, post a comment there with your website link, and you will get a higher PR back link from there.

also, heard that digg.com and youtube.com hardly moderate their comment there. so your link are safe there

    have a nice try
Why is this a blackhat method? Surely this is a well-known tactic? In some sense though there is no real line that one can draw between a white and a black hat method. Maybe this is gray hat?

I would call a method black-hat only if it tries to play foul, tries to decieve etc. This method is not deceptive as long as you are using your comments in the right context and not spamming.

Another great link is http://seo-browser.com It's a website that will present your website as a search engine may see it. Great way to see if your navigation is really accessible to search engines and screen readers.

Someone created a Google SEO Knol Group. It has the best lists of all things related to SEO I have seen. It has SEO backlink tools, SEO keyword tools, SEO Analytic Tools, SEO Engine Tools, SEO Site Grader Tools, SEO SERP Tools, SEO Productivity Suites.... Everyone who joins this group can contribute to this list. Well worth checking out IMO. I hope others find this useful.

    Thank you.
I bookmarked this page a while back, as it's probably the most useful list you'll find relating to SEO factors. It's from the seomoz website. The site quizzed a number of SEO experts, and they came to conclusions about which SEO factors are the most important. Check it out, and very revealing:

for those who need to be on the top of Google first page, SEO is really important and I guess that's the reason why many people here are trying to achieve some PR juice here
