    Hi all customers.
    Working with WHB is gr8 and i enjoyed its services.
    So here lets bring out some good WHB staff people who help us promptly and accurately.

    So we have to nominate best WHB SUPPORT PEOPLE.

    Interesting thread...I would like see what clients think of the staff...though there are many high profile admins that work behind the scene and do not actively interact with the clients..

    There's just no way I've ever had enough contact with any of them to be able to vote for one or another. In fact, I figure that often by the time it gets to a response, many people may have checked on things.

    Then again, there was the time Matt answered his phone the morning after we were suspended and believed us enough to actually fix the problem (moving us to another server) instead of toeing the tech support line "It's your fault. Don't argue. Grovel or we won't let you back in.".

    Tony's correct, the support guys have always been responsive to our requests for services-not always the answers we wanted but at least a response. We did have the problem that Tony Mentions about a year back and along with Matt we received help on the landline from Jef, too. A distasteful situation that was eventually made palatable with the personal touch from the two I've just mentioned.

    I'll award both an Jef and Matt an attaboy and give the support staff a

    We actually do have a staff member of the month award (anyone seen employee of the month? though not entirely like that! ).

    I guess we could feature it on our site too.

    Oh mans! I don't think I could particularly name anyone because every time I run to support for screaming for help, whoever responds are really good. (: I think I asked some extremely dumb questions along the way and they've always answered them despite how dumb it sounded. Lols. My first ticket says 14 Dec 2006 so they've been really consistent over the years with the service.
