I just signed up sunday. I am having problems accessing CP. As in... I can't. My CP keeps timing out, as well as the help page, and a few others on the main webhostingbuzz.com site. I was really hoping to explore CP tonight to see what kind of goodies are 'prepacked' but I feel like I won't make any progress in getting a site up soon since I can't even get to CP.
You're right about these forums. No other host I've ever been with has done such a good job of keeping their clients informed about what was going on with the servers. I have another host, who just yesterday did maintenance on a server without telling anyone and all of a sudden several people were complaining that all their files were missing and their databases were down. They were in fact, very scared because of this. It turned out to be a simple maintenance and if the management had just told them in the forums like WHB does, they would not have panicked so bad.

I haven get no notice about any maintenance. Actually, I looking for a new host company. and I will look for my money back guarantee.
I am not trying to nitpick, because I realize it's impossible to maintain 100% uptime on every server, every month. But seeing as how we've had downtime this evening of over 2 hours (and ticking) without hearing anything, I can't share your sentiment about WHB being the best host at keeping clients informed. I'm a relatively new client and have so far held off posting a review until I get my feet a little wetter. I've seen some things I like very much so far, but hopefully downtimes such as this evening's are very few and far between. I'm losing money right now.
I think WHB should organice better new clients account, Why you put new clients in a problematic server? And hell yeah I'm losing money right now too.
Now I feel cheated and frustated by taking in mind false reviews from fake host search sites
