Please Give Us a Brief History Of Your Company:

WebHostingBuzz.com’s roots started small. We started with a small reseller plan with one of the big reseller hosts back in 2002, aiming to target home user and small business websites. It’s now 2006, with around 10,000 clients and 40,000 websites hosted later we can definitely say we’ve seen a lot of success. We’ve gone from just myself running the company to employing a global team, allowing us to offer truly excellent services.

What Are Your Target Markets ?

We’re a budget-orientated host. One of our initial goals was to make hosting more affordable to the mass market without compromising on either quality, quantity or features. This goal is still very much at the center of our business model and we feel we do a very good job of providing budget shared and reseller hosting whilst maintaining an excellent level of service and an excellent number of features.

What Are Your Strengths ?

Our management team is incredibly experienced, combining over 15 years of direct web hosting experience. For a relatively new market, this amount of experience is very rarely found and I am very proud of the management team that I am part of.

We’re diligent, hard-working and most importantly, fluid to change allowing us to take the business where the market demands. Our collective knowledge on finance, technical and operational matters is unsurpassed.


What Makes You Different To Other Hosting Companies ?

We’ve definitely benefited from this. I think one of the next stages will be higher consumer differentiation in terms of what’s good and what is not. Where Will Your Company Be In 5 Years ?

We’re growing about 100% every 12 months. This is a very nice figure for us, it fits our business model well and is a manageable figure. We’d like to maintain this as well as some vertical differentiation into other hosting markets (stay tuned, we have some exciting stuff coming soon!). 5 years is a long time though, it’s hard to accurately predict where we’ll be in 5 years. 500% larger than now would be a good estimate, and if I am driving a company Ferrari, that’d be nice!.
