Bad service

Hello everyone,

Since some time ago, Panda server is overloaded over and over again....
To open a ftp session is almost an imposible task, and my (and I guess that I'm not the only one) site has a huge delay.
Moreover, when I go to control panel, sometimes I have to wait almost a minute to get in (on luckily days. On bad days, page just doesn't load).

I'm wondering if all those problems will go away someday, or if this is just the service that whb have...

Moreover, there are anyone here that is hosted in Panda server? What's your experience?

We're conducting an audit of the Panda server, and a few troublesome accounts have already been suspended.

Rest assured, we will not stop until Panda is a happy bear again.

Panda has been acting up lately. I have asked a senior admin to look at it.

I'm with you there Enric. Today, yet again, I can't upload anything to my website because "Disk Full - please retry later".

This is the 3rd time I've had this problem in the last 45 days I believe. FTP sometimes - you're right, good luck. Just sits there trying to connect. Go get some coffee and it finally logs in.

I've been stuck for at least 5 hours without being able to upload anything to my website so far.

A friend of mine was looking for webspace but he's seen my issues way too many times and is looking elsewhere already. Sorry guys. But this server is in need of some TLC or something.

I'd to say it but I agree, this is extremely frustrating. I cannot log into FTP or even check my mail.
I understand you guys are trying to put out these brushfires, and working your hardest at it, but I have got to agree, Panda could use a revamp.

The "Disk Full" Issues are being addressed right now - we will soon be adding a new hard drive to Panda to expand it's available disk space by more than 100%.
