I have the platinum reseller plan which is supposed to include whmap and allow overselling. I did not receive any information about whmap, requested it be sent to another email and have received no response. My whm panel will not allow me to oversell(not that I am going to, just wanted to make sure that I was able to if needed).
Only three days into having my account after searching for reseller hosting for 3 months and have already been let down. |

wasn't able to login to support for some reason but got evgeniya.p to help me on live support and everything is ok now

When you have posted a problem in the forums, it's good etiquette to then post the solution, for the benefit of members searching in future.

Well, as far as WHMAP, i did not receive the emails that they sent to me regarding that but the information was inside of a support ticket in the support area. The only problem with that is it seemed that whb set up my support login and did not tell me about it (or i didn't get the email) so when I went to register to set up a support ticket, it said that my email already existed but I had no password for it. Luckily evgeniya.p was available on live support and was able to get me access to the support ticket system which held the details of my WHMAP license. As far as the overselling, it was a configuration error which evgeniya.p had fixed promptly.
