wow, you guys are lucky! i think only about 1 out of 5 of my tickets have been answered in less than 4 hours. one of my accounts was suspended well over 30 hours ago and i STILL have not gotten a reply to my urgent ticket. i am not sure how you got Matt's phone number. or any phone number for that matter.
the support has been very spotty, sometimes it is great, especially if i want to upgrade my account, but other times when it is most critical and urgent, it is awful and not acceptable at all. often i get no reply at all. |
