Default Carrier server load - Resolved

The carrier server is currently experiencing slightest load issues.
Virtual boxes may be affected.
We are working on that and will update you once the load is lessened and the server's state is back to normal.
Sorry for these temporary inconveniences.

The issue has been fixed, we have turned the server back to normal and stable work. We have located the problem, removed it and we shall be monitoring the carrier's work during next several days.

Due to update of the software on the carrier changes of VPS configurations have taken place. This caused unstable work of some of the VPSs. Currently we are working on restoring the previous correct configurations of the VPSs. We will be forced to reboot some of the VPSs in order to apply the correct settings. This should not take more than 10-20 minutes. Please accept our apologies in advance for the inconveniences this can cause you.

During the maintenance we have corrected the configurations of the VPSs and the carrier. This in no way affected the limits and quotas of the VPSs (such as bandwidth, disc space, guaranteed RAM etc.) as the main change introduced is the scheduling method used on the carrier.
Currently we are monitoring the work of the carrier in general. Thank you for patience and understanding.
In case you are feeling that your VPS is not working correspondingly please don’t hesitate to submit a ticket to a VPS department so that our technical stuff can check if the issues are related to the introduced fixes in any way. The tickets can be submitted at our Helpdesk.
