OK.
Ticket submitted.
Tell you what - the input textarea is a real pain. It keeps flicking up and down and I have to hold it with the mouse to read what I have been writing!
<SIGH>

I've been noticing, and other people have mentioned to me, that frequently my site's down or not found, would this be related?
And when I find it "down" myself, doing a ping / tracert returns 0.0.0.0 for the IP.
Could be the same thing. A couple of others have mentioned it here.
What is your server?

Thanks for notifying about the error. The technicians are aware of the problem and currently investigating.
We will update this thread with the results.
Mark:
I ran some DNS tests. From what I can see on quick glance, the DNS record looks okay. I don't think it's a DNS issue at this point.
However, sometimes the WHB nameservers failed to respond. That will, of course, cause failures. Offhand, I don't know whether your server's nameservers are on the same server as your accounts or in the separate DNS cluster. WHB would have to comment.

Hmmm.
The thing is, I have sseveral accounts here on different servers and it is juswt Buzz1 that has been giving me problems since day 1. I did ask to be re-allocated but it did not happen. Hopefully it is something simple.
Thanks you Alan.

UPDATE:
I just got this Cpanel error which has never come up before:
[Tue Sep 01 18:51:52 2009] [error] [client 82.7.105.98] File does not exist: /home/*/public_html/images/clear.gif,
referer: http://www.*.co.uk/forum/calendar/ev...play.php?id=23
The image is actually there in /home/*/public_html/forum/calendar/images/clear.gif - where it always has been and has been found before.
I also did a Neotrace on 82.7.105.98 Starting in Belfast it took 11 hops around the UK to be placed back in Belfast, which correct as that IP is currently mine. 11 hops is not long is it?
