Default Downtime

There's been a lot of downtime between today and yesterday. The last posted maintenance notice was for Thursday and Friday (April 19th and 20th). It's now Tuesday the 24th. So what's going on?

By the way, these past two days, when the service goes down, DNS goes down, the main WHB site goes down, the support site goes down, and this site goes down too. So again what is going on?

I'm also inquiring about the downtime. Thanks.

There was a brief issue of network latency last night but other than that, I haven't seen any downtime. Could you submit a ticket with the exact times of outage so I can investigate?

Are you kidding me? It was just down again now, and that's the only time I know offhand. I haven't been writing them down. This very site was down, just a moment ago. I don't know what else to tell you.

This wasn't/isn't just latency, by the way. Last night when the support site wasn't down I could see PHP errors because your frontend couldn't connect to the database. It seems like services or entire servers are restarting. DNS doesn't even function during the downtime. No web site or pinging application can so much as determine the IPs of my domains.

There's no way this was/is just latency.

It just went down again. I think it goes gown for 10 minutes around the top of every hour.

Ellen, your site seems to be up even during the outages, but there are no files there. If you just upload your site again with FTP I think your site should work. Your forum's database is another story... hopefully that's not lost as well.

I have also been experiencing this downtime, and can confirm that it was just down.

Done pinging whbstatus.com!

So much for my hourly theory.
