Question can't register for helpdesk because of my problem!

suddenly today when i needed to update my website I discovered it had disappeared, I couldn't access the url: http://www.opheliajewellery.com or the cpanel - I often have problems viewing it through /cpanel so I use the IP provided: http://65.98.16.170/ and that usually works however now that is totally not working.

So I've been reading over the website haven't found a server down or anything that I can connect this to. I am now able to access my cpanel through /cpanel but none of my email forwards are working which is BAD. And I only know this because I've been trying to register for mailform services and the helpdesk here and I cannot receive my confirmation emails as my forwarder that I always provide is not working anymore.

Please let me know what's going on because I could be missing very important emails!

Your website seems to be loading fine for me.

Are you saying you are not able to access https://www.whbsupport.com ?

That sounds like a server load issue. Depending on your cpanel theme you want to look under "server status" to check the load. Obviously you need to be able to get into cpanel to even try this. Anything over 4.0 is not good.

Often intermittent server load is very difficult to track down. You may have to open & reply to many tickets before someone at WHB can even see the problem.
