Seem like unable to get any solution from the support, so I wish to bring this issue out for public to judge.
before started, I wish to make some recall on my previous happening here http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/forum/...b-service.html recently 1. WHB inform me that my current server, HR2 is going to close down, and asking me to upgrade my account to VPS. I have not much client, and not affort to upgrade, and also my client keep on running a way due to the poor service on the server. Futhermore, My account does not ultilize the space and bandwidth, no point for me to upgrade to higher space and bandwith... 2. All the while this bad happening to me from WHB, as a client, I am still seeking the "confident" around here... I cant find it yet. Without confident with the provider, do you dare to upgrade more? seem like throwing the business into the deep sea. 3. WHB told me that all the reseller server are full, non of the server can fit me in.... again, asking me to upgrate my reseller plan to enable me hosted at their new server. What can I do? Please advice. My suggession: I hope WHB able to put me in a stable server, hosted for some time, let me gain back the confident 1st, and I definately will bring in more business if the "confident" is here... I really hope WHB can help me for this. Regards, Client that wish to get confident from WHB

What you neglected to include in your information for the "public to judge", is that your accounts repeatedly abused your server. Abusive accounts are not welcome here, or at most hosts, and you seemed either unwilling or unable to identify and fix the problem.

calynlee,
Our High Resource range of servers were a complimentary service offering to heavy account users to take the load off our old style of shared and reseller hosting plans. These did suffer from some heavy users and this is one of the reasons we revamped our plans and pricing. New plans are better thought out and much faster, and we rarely see ANY overload issue. They have been out for some time now and we recently conducted an audit on the resource use of customers on HR servers. We did several offers/discounts inviting HR users to move back to regular servers and advised which plan would be suitable and we now only have around 20 people with accounts on 4 HR servers. It is not economically viable to maintain 4 serverse for just 20 resource heavy accounts. We're in the midst of a recession and we as a company have to make sure we're lean and efficient at all levels, including this. This is why we've taken this course of action and every single person on a HR server has been offered more discount than we ever publically market as we are aware for some, there is a price increase. The bottom line is though, we are here to provide a good hosting service and to do this, clients need to take a package that is suitable around all of their requirements, including resources. It is not fair on other clients if we let high resource clients run rampant on all servers, causing downtime and sluggish performance. I hope this clears things up on our stance.

This certainly isn't a game for us, we take server stability extremely seriously which is why difficult decisions have to be taken. We very much want to keep you as a client, but we cannot continue to host you as the only person left on a HR server so you must choose one of our new plans or, unfortunately, find a new home for your website.
