During FSCK we faced the file system failure on one of the HDD.
Thus we have been forced to start File System flag repair on this HDD, which is currently in progress. |

Manual File system flag repair is still being performed.

After file system check was completed, the server went down to kernel panic on a boot up.
We are now running a memtest on the server in order to check physical memory. We'll update you once it's complete.

The memtest has shown that RAM is fine.
We are now trying to boot the server up from another kernel.

Unfortunately, we didn't succeed to boot the server with a different kernel the same error. Currently we are running a few more hardware tests to see if we can locate the problem.

Latest hardware test has shown that we seem to be experiencing problems with network card. We are now replacing it so we could boot the server up from another one.
