Network card change seems to haven't helped much.
We are now testing the HDDs by placing them into another server. This is going to take about 30 minutes.
Though this may look like a time waste, we are just making completely sure that the issue is not hardware-caused.

Sorry for all the inconveniences, this causes to you.

After several more attempts to boot the new server with original HDDs up we had to request the datacenter to perform the OS reload. Once it's complete, we will definitely let you know.

We managed boot the server up with a new kernel of the latest stable version.
We'll see how the server works with it and depending on its behavior will decide whether to proceed with OS reload or not.

We have analyzed the statistics of the HDDs and logs of the server so far. As a result we found the cause of this malfunction.

Now we have arranged the installation of additional fans for the HDDs as they were overheating and are also preparing mounting of an additional HDD to copy the entire system to a new hard drive.

Right now we have only web services turned on (Apache, PHP, MySQL), all other services (such as Mail) are currently off to decrease the intensity of the HDD usage.

Please accept our apologies for the ongoing inconveniences. We are doing our best to speed things as much as possible.

The server has just been shut down to perform the low-level copying of the information from one of the current HDDs to a new one and also to introduce enhancements to the cooling system of the HDDs.

The copying is over.
The server is on line right now, but we are still testing its reliability and introduced enhancements.
We will update as soon as we are done.

The work of the server with the new HDD is stable. Nevertheless we have an overheated second HDD with progressing errors on this very server.

Right now we will proceed with the replacement of the second HDD. Currently we are awaiting the confirmation of this procedure from the data center.

When the replacement of the second HDD will be started, it will involve the dd copying of data from old HDD to a new one, therefore some accounts will not be on line for the period of the copying procedure. The server itself will be online though and the accounts from the first HDD will stay online.

Please accept out apologies us once again for the troubles this issue is causing you at the moment.
