Some quick question before I join up :)

I have a few questions before I sign up that I hope you can answer:

1. Do you allow JailSSH on any accounts?
2. Is MySQL access locked to just your servers or can I access databases on your servers from outside?
3. Would you hel move my sites if I decide to come across?

Thanks for your interest in our services.

1. Jailed SSH is disabled by default but can be enabled upon your request at HelpDesk
2. Remote MySQL access is prohibited.
3. If your current host uses cPanel we will perform your account transfer for no additional fee. In this case we will need your logon credentials.
