Error in my webs

Hello

I have hosted several websites and giving me this error.

user warning: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_120c_0.MYI' (Errcode: 30) query: SELECT DISTINCT(p.perm)....

It looks as if the tmp folder does not have enough permissions.
Nor let me enter phpMyAdmin

my server is Asteroid
