Default Some TOS questions

1. What does the following mean: "The services offered by WebHostingBuzz are not intended to provide a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant environment and therefore should not be utilized as such without further compliance activity."
Would I be able to authenticate payments via paypal's IPN system..?

2. And what exactly would bring these charges upon me? "WebHostingBuzz reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for administrative tasks outside the scope of its regular services, including additional costs that it may incur in providing the services and pass these costs along to You."

3. I believe there's a conflict in the ToS and AUP regarding when you have to cancel your account. The ToS seems to state that I have to notify support 3 days before my next billing, and the AUP seems to state that I have to notify support no later than 7 days before the next billing....

4. I'm going to be hosting a text game and java game; but how does that work out with the TOS? Says 10% can't be anything except for html/php files.. and they both have a ton of images... while I doubt that the game(s) will ever consume 37.5 gb space, you never know.

The terms of service are mainly there for them to be able to ban people that use the servers for backing up their computers. You should, for the most part, be fine. Pay more attention to the acceptable use of computer resources. As long as you abide by those, and don't fill your space with random backups, and your website is generally legit, you should have no trouble.

Figured, but I don't want to get banned for something I don't fully understand. 1-3 are the only things I'm really concerned with; and I'd like an admin to answer those but the odds of that probably aren't high.

1. We are not providing guaranteed PCI-compliant webspace at this time. It doesn't mean you cannot use Paypal or other merchant facilities on our space though.

2. The only ones in use are if you cancel your account then decide you want to re-activate it 2 weeks later. We check to see if we still have backups and charge a small administrative fee for this.

3. Looks like we changed the date but not in both documents. 3 days should be fine, though more time is preferred.

4. Images are fine if they are all part of the website. As other posters have said, we are a hosting company, not a backup company. So uploading your movie/mp3/software backups is frowned upon.

FTP Server: www.yourdomainname.com
FTP user: YourcPanel user
FTP pass: YourcPanel pass

Once logged inside open PUBLIC_HTML folder and then upload ALL your website files inside it including your index file.

That is it.

You don't need "www." or "ftp.". Just insert your domain name, e.g. yourdomainname.com, plus your user/login and password.

I think a dedicated server would be a better option for you.
