The overload issue has been traced - it's a syn-flood DDoS attack to the 80th TCP port.
Some temporary webserver access problems are possible. In case, someone can't get to the server at all - feel free to submit a ticket to our technical department at https://whbsupport.com - your IP may be blocked. We keep working on this issue. We'll update you as soon as the issue is resolved.
