Description: We've scheduled Apache upgrade on the server
Servers affected: rs3.whbdns.com
Estimated downtime: Planned maintenance window is 02:00-04:00 AM EST, 07/25/2008.
Overall planned apache downtime is about 30-40 minutes.
Estimated resolution: We'll update you on upgrade status.
