Arrow Emergency server data transfer - completed.

Due to recent issues with the HDD subsystem on the server, we are forced to perform emergency server data transfer, in order to avoid further issue, which may lead to the entire data loss. We've chosen the transfer as the recovery measure, as according to the websites availability and minimal downtime, this would be the less "painful" measure to be taken. Otherwise, we would have to swap HDDs one by one, what would cause hours of downtime. Furthermore, we wouldn't be guaranteed, that the old HDDs would handle such a number of reboots and wouldn't crash, so any data could be saved.

The transfer will be held on the fly within our DNS cluster (so those, who use ns100/ns101 nameserver won't need to perform any changes in their domains' DNS settings). However, some services may become temporarily unavailable, so those of you, who start experiencing any issues are welcome at our Helpdesk.

Once again, we would like to apologize for such emergency measures, but we are forced to take them in order to guarantee your data safety.

Your understanding is highly appreciated.

Server data transfer has been successfully completed. As the data was transferred to the new server in a different data center, its name has changed. Due to this we would suggest everyone, who is using server name for custom settings of their clients, scripts, etc to use the following value: panda.whbdns.com.

Also, those, who have dedicated IPs, please be so kind to contact our billing support department in order to have their dedicated IPs reissued. There may also be an issue with domains, pointed to *.ultrawhb.com nameservers, in this regard, we would rather you re-point your domains to our DNS-cluster nameservers - ns100.whbdns.com and ns101.whbdns.com. The same NS are supposed to be used with any other addon domains, you may decide to point to us.
