Dear Customers,

Due to recently found WordPress security vulnerability it is highly recommended to upgrade your WordPress Blog to the version 2.8.4 which fixes this issue.

PLEASE NOTE: this version is not yet included in the Fantastico. Therefore for those who used Fantastico to install WordPress we recommend to use the automatic upgrade function found in the administrative panel of the WordPress.

This can be performed by going in your Administrative panel to “Tools-> Upgrade-> Upgrade Automatically” (backing up databases and files before the upgrade is highly recommended).

Please note that 2.8.5 WordPress version is available now - http://wordpress.org/development/200...ening-release/. We recommend you to upgrade your blogs ASAP. Just login to your blog as administrator and use Tools -> Upgrade menu to upgrade your blog to the latest version.
