    Sorry for a delay with reply.

    First of all, I would really like to apologize for these inconveniences.
    Currently, there's file system check being finished on your server.

    Unfortunately, there's no ETA yet, regarding when the server is going to get back online.
    However, you can keep monitoring our forum for updates.

    As for hardware, we are now trying to find out, which exactly piece of hardware could have become the reason of outage. Once it's traced, we will definitely schedule respective maintenance.

    Once again, we are really sorry for this to take place and do hope, that you understand us.

    Hi,

    I am VERY concerned about the amount of down time RS14 has had and now I am loosing clients! 3 today because of the down time and my reputation as a reseller has been ruined!

    Is it not time to replace some hardware ?

    I've checked your site glacierviewwebdesign.com and have found it working properly.
    Then I looked through the latest server alerts and found only one close overload issue dated August, 6th (http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/forum/...-resolved.html). However, the situation has been totally stabilized since then.

    Please check how your site and cPanel work now and if there are some issues, don't hesitate to report on them at https://www.whbsupport.com - that's our HelpDesk (you may need to register there if you are not registered at it yet). I would really recommend you to use HelpDesk instead of personal messaging to resolve such issues as our tickets are 24/7 monitored, and I'm not constantly available.

    Hello,

    My websites are on the CAT server and have been down all day. Also, I can't get into the Cpanel to upload files. I can't find anything on your site to indicate that there is a problem with this server. Can you give me any information?
