Location Move

Dear Valued Customer,

Beginning Thursday December 7th at 7PM EST, we will be moving your server onto its new rack and location as discussed previously in our forums. The purpose of the move is to begin integration with our long overdue Remote Reboot Port service which will be enabled in the new system when that comes online hopefully late this week or early next week. The racks have already been setup and pre-wired to aide us in the fastest possible move that we can provide. No IP changes will be necessary, we will simply be cleanly powering down the servers, removing them from the existing rack and placing them into the same location on the new rack. We expect the downtime to be approximately 10-20 minutes per server.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this service interruption will cause to you, however in the end it is ultimately for your benefit that we provide these services to you as part of our commitment towards customer satisfaction.
