The server is currently down.
We are working on the issue, trying to trace its reasons and to find an appropriate solution for getting it back online.

Having analyzed all the data available, we've come to a conclusion, that there was a power supply failure. That's actually why it took that little time to bring the server back online. Sorry for these inconveniences once again.
