The server is experiencing network connectivity issues, making it unaccessible via certain protocols (web and email are functional though). We're checking network settings on transport segment now, we expect things to be back to normal within 15-30 minutes.

We have to reboot the server in order to apply network configuration changes. Estimated downtime is 5-10 minutes. We'll keep you posted.

The server is up, and situation is the same as before. The server is being checked by onsite personnel now, unfortunately we can't connect to it remotely. We'll keep you updated.
