Default Live Support Maintenance
Hello All,

Live Support will be offline from 6pm EST / 11pm GMT for a couple of hours. This is because we are transitioning from Kayako's buggy live support software to Liveperson.

I apologize for the late warning.

Unfortunately we ran into some glitches and this did not go ahead as planned.

We'll now introduce it after Christmas.
