Hey everyone,
I've been racking my mind today figuring why in the heck my .PSD files were not rendering. After digging deeper into Gallery2 files I found that Imagemagik isn't installed in /usr/bin/ because if you test it comes back saying that there are no binaries. Could you please, please, please fix this I'd love to start my new website rendering PSDs is essential to the process I'm hosted on the shared4 server. Thanks. |

Hi,
We've got Imagemagik installed on shared4. There must be a problem with your account specifically. We'd rather you go to https://www.whbsupport.com/ and submit a ticket to our technical support department, providing us with your domain, account username and gallery admin password. We look forward to hearing from you. |
