In response to this link:
http://www.vistainter.com/reviews/W/webhostingbuzz.com/

The grammar and spelling are amazing. I want to correct all the typos an email it to them asking them how they could make mistakes and try and be a reputable business.

OK, my grammar and spelling is not prefect either, however if I can notice a mistake...then it is a bad mistake.

This is wrong, On nov 13th there was a downtime of 50 Mins. On Nov 6th there was a downtime of 15m and on Nov 25th 5m.

Total Downtime in Rs7 for Nov- 1 h, 10 m

So up time was 99.84% not 100%.

I'm curious to see your next month's report. Because already RS7 has given me 3 h, 24 m of downtime. So uptime to date - 99.22%

When I ping rs1, rs2 or rs3 I get 213 ms, while when I ping rs15 I get 250 ms
is this mean that rs1, rs2 or rs3 more near to my location?

Thanks

Please hide the domain, just publish the server name. So all basic resellers can benefit from it. Or according to the DNS domain name, the resellers' customers can search "whbdns.com" in google to find WebHostingBuzz.com. It is not good for basic resellers.

Thanks.

These figures confuse, anger and most of all, disappoint me. I am on the fish shared server and I can safely say that the figure of 100% uptime is a gross lie. In fact it is mocking the anguish that I experienced during this month. Due to hardware problems, the server was down for around 20 hours over a period of 5 days or so. A quick visit to the Fish status page on the forums will shows tens of threads, from official WHB people, notifying us of the downtime. The support team were very apologetic and for this I am grateful, but it doesn't change the fact that the server was down for at least 2% of the month. The only explanation I can think of is that Web Hosting Buzz have a different definition of uptime, in which case they are being very deceptive and should be ashamed. The problem may have been a rare incident, but to not report it is being dishonest. I would greatly appreciate a reply from someone at WHB because I am offended and completely baffled by these stats.

Hi

We thank you for your feed back regarding the uptime of our budget servers. Please note that the above figures are only near accurate estimates with +/- 2% to 3%.

Unfortunately when you are in a shared environment there are times when a high resource intensive website (by CPU and RAM power requirement) gets on to the server and takes it down. A shared hosting company has to deal with this on daily basis. What is good about us and you have agreed yourself as well, is we take action, quickly and swiftly so that downtime is kept to a minimum during that time.

We are not the best in the market but we are also not the worst. We do try our best to keep the service level up while maintaining our rock bottom prices. I can safely say this that WebHostingBuzz does provide a lot for what it charges for and we do plan to keep this image for some time.

You can personally email me if your issues continue and we might give you a free upgrade to one our business servers.

Thanks again for your precious time.

Actually, the numbers above don't seem to reflect what is actually
experienced by an administrator while trying to develop or design using
your "Budget Plans." I've been a customer for a few years now, and it has
NEVER been any different. I used to have a few accounts with
WebHostingBuzz, but now only have one. As an example of the issues I have
with your services, in a span of three days during business hours (Pacific
Time), at least three times each day the server would time-out when
connecting via FTP and would also display "Page Not Available" via HTTP in
a browser. This would happen for several minutes each time. And, I'm not
even trying to connect all throughout the day. Your support staff is always
gracious and is quick to move me to a different CRAPPY server. Your uptime
numbers are good because you limit bandwidth to prevent overloads and
crashes, while allowing too many accounts on the "Budget" servers. As far
as I'm concerned you can trash those numbers.
