WHB 2.0 is coming soon!

We have a few nice surprises in store. A new website is 75% complete, the new billing system is even closer to completion and our new business class hosting is just around the corner.

We’ve also taken into close consideration the live support feedback we’ve been getting and to this extent, we have 10 new live support staff starting next week. Our training takes approximately 2 weeks but after this, live support response times should be even faster and lower wait times during peak periods.

We’ve also finished setting up our new phone system and are just waiting on some hardware to arrive; once this is migrated our phone support hours will probably be extended too.

Just a picture of the boat ride….

Well its the 34th Birthday of our beloved SEO specialist. Franki happy returns of the day. Im going to post a picture of you on the blog so that the rest of the world can see how old you are!!

Myself, Saf M (CEO) and Jef S (Tech Team Lead) attended HostingCon this year. Located at the historic Navy Pier, I was somewhat apprehensive if it could live up to last year’s fantastic conference held at Chicago. Thankfully, I and my team were not disappointed. An action packed show, with some good speakers, a lively exhibit hall and some great evening entertainment resulted in a succesful visit.
The conference was good for business; we met key stakeholders in our business as well as a lot of fun; BBQs on the Navy Pier, cruises on Lake Michigan (www.hostingconcruise.com) and perhaps a little too much alcohol ensured a good time had by all.

I’m pretty sure out of us 3, I hold the record for the number of business cards dispensed I was even told I had a “sexy business card”, so full compliments to Alex, our web designer, who produced this fantastic piece of work…
